CY-8040

The CY-8040 8mm AIT tape subsystem offers 35 GB capacity and 4 MB per second speed, uncompressed, in a convenient 3.5" form factor. With compression, each tape can store up to 105 GB at speeds of up to 12 MB per second. Such exceptional performance, along with an MTBF of over 300,000 hours and a bit error specification of less than 1 in 10¹⁷, makes the CY-8040 a smart solution for the most intensive backup and storage applications.
