With near-line native capacities of up to 320 GB (scalable to 1 TB) and sustained backup speeds of up to 79 GB/hr, the CP 3100 offers complete data protection and performance increases of up to 10x that of SMB-centric tape drives. The CP 3100 is operating system and backup software transparent and provides 100% emulation of DDS-4 and DAT 72 tape drives, providing flexible integration and ensuring cartridge compatibility without any additional software. The CP 3100 offers connectivity via Ultra160 SCSI and robust web-based management by Gigabit Ethernet.
